Under general supervision, maintain the flow and drainage of water by operating drain clearing and cleaning equipment in residential and commercial buildings.  Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems for customers.  Inspect visually and inform customers of necessary repairs / replacement.  Properly convert lead into appointment for Sewer Sales Professional.  Ensure customer satisfaction on all jobs.   Responsible for troubleshooting, inspections, and maintenance of residential and commercial drain and sewer systems while providing top-notch customer service Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders Clear clogs and blockages using drain cleaning machine, rooter, snake, snaking machine, jetter, etc. as appropriate for the concern at hand Complete drain cleaning and/or jetting as appropriate Oversee and perform troubleshooting and maintenance of drains and sewer equipment Receive and complete work orders Prepare Purchase Orders as needed for supplies / equipment Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean, and ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities are completed Build rapport with customers, explain the benefits of the Heart membership program, and educate them on the importance of sewer system maintenance, repair and replacement Ensure customer understand the issues found during inspections and the proper corrective action needed to resolve Maintain your truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times.  The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has.  Park the truck for the maximum impact of the “billboard” when possible Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY DUTIES None JOB QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Background check and Drug Test required upon offer of employment.  Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana Valid Colorado Professional License on file with DORA, or be able to obtain as appropriate for position Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license Must have at least a working knowledge of the Heart service area street / interstate system EXPERIENCE 2 or more years drain or plumbing experience Clean MVR Highly organized with strong written and verbal skills MATERIAL/EQUIPMENT USED Computer / cell phone / tablet Company credit card Company provided vehicle Drain cleaning machines Drain camera systems Jetting machines PHYSICAL DEMANDS /WORKING CONDITIONS Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, electricity, refrigerant(s), around fumes and toxic chemicals, outside and inside.
