Indigo Pool, Patio, BBQ is seeking a detail oriented and organized individual for the position of Construction Manager.
Manage all residential pool construction projects including:
Manage a timely construction schedule from beginning of project through completion.
Scheduling of subcontractors, in house crews, and supplier material deliveries.
Communication with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate the project schedules.
Communication with homeowners regarding project goals and timelines.
Ordering of materials necessary for projects from suppliers.
Perform on site supervision as necessary to be certain the project requirements are met with a high level of quality.
Ideal candidate will:
*Have excellent communication skills.
*Be detailed oriented.
*Possess strong time management skills.
*Be proficient using computer for orders, emails, and working with project management software.
*Be a leader with a team player attitude. Position will require getting dirty from time to time.
Position is full time and will be salary based on experience. A supervisor's vehicle will be provided.
