Newly formed band seeking committed drummer. We practice weekly in Culver City. All original material. Band is formed of professional level (and educated) musicians. Plans for recording in the near future. Influences include: The 1975 Silversun Pickups Phoenix Vampire Weekend The Smiths Weezer The Kooks. Requirements: -Own gear -Transportation -Can commit to one rehearsal a week (minimum) - Between 21-30 years old (ideally, if you’re a good player, who cares about age?) -Experience playing to backing tracks/click track. -A good hang We’re good people, motivated but also want to enjoy ourselves as we build something. Looking for someone like-minded that can contribute and be a real part of this band. Please just reply to this post if you’re interested. Having previous recordings/videos to send us would be ideal.
