The spot will be for a working, registered passenger vehicle only. Rent it daily, weekly or per month until further notice. Parking location is available starting Monday 8/29/22 or until I need to park there myself. I will require a copy of your driver's license, all contact information of the renter....(full name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and license plate number along with a copy of your auto insurance in case damage is done to the property here.
$15 per day, $80 per week, $290 per month. Consecutive days of parking only.
Payable in advance (cash) before time period you choose to park in the designated space.
You will be required to sign a written agreement and renter will get a copy of the agreement.
