September 17th 2022 - I need a day of party coordinator to meet with me and client 1 week prior to the party. Do the day of set-up setup, work with vendors and staff, follow timeline that's been created, show caterer and bartenders where to set up and park. Pick up flowers in the morning. Receive stress of birthday girl. Stay for vendor breakdown. Stay for cleanup and breakdown. Message with rate. It is an all day gig. Must have coordination experience with credentials and or referrals.
