STEEL COMPANY is hiring these positions: WELDER • Able to measure and accurately cut material to length. • Proficient in Steel and Stainless, welding assemblies per drawing or per customer dimensions. • Must be reliable with a strong work ethic • Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted • Must have your own tools and welding hood! FITTER FABRICATOR • Review schematics to ensure you have the proper equipment and materials • Custom fabricate components as directed by the production foreman (most of what you will be doing is custom fabrication), PAINTER • This person will be responsible for painting metal rails, • Cleaning and preparing all metal surfaces to be painted by removal of dirt, grease, rust, scale and old paint contaminants. • Mixes material in accordance with material data sheets. HELPER • Band & cut off saws, drill-press, hand-drills, fire watch, painting, etc. • Responsible and punctual a must • Must be able to stand continuously for long periods of time DRIVER • Maintains a safe driving and working environment, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) • Follows all company policies, procedures, dress code and management direction, including all fleet and safety policies Benefits • Health insurance • 401K • 40 hrs., shift, All position requirements • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license • Ability to lift load and deliver merchandise • High school or equivalent (Preferred) • Drug Free Environment.
