Responsibilities:
- Perform restoration work on residential and commercial properties
- Assessing damaged properties
- Removing and replacing damaged materials
- Sanitizing the restores homes
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Problem skills
- Time management
- Basic computer skills
- Managing customer claims
- Set-up/pick-up equipment inside the home
- Prepare impacted area for demolition, including containment measures to protect the home from dust and debris
- Remove damaged materials: flooring, drywall, wall covering, wall tiles, shelving, cabinets, fixtures etc.
