Responsibilities:
- Finalizes a sales deal with a client
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Inspecting and documenting homes for flood or fires damages
- Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on claims process
- Creating estimates and measuring the homes damages
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Problem skills
- Time management
- Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
- Independent nature, self-discipline
- Sales Experience is a plus, but not a necessity
