Need a painter/handyman for immediate help on a rental property: • There are about 10 putty-colored bedroom and closet doors that need to be repainted white. • One entry and a set of back-porch french doors that need a fresh coat of paint. • Weatherstripping on the french door needs replacing. • A couple of exterior wall trimming need replacing/repainting. Provide your experience, rate/ball-park estimation per the above in your reply. Note: –This property is located near William Cannon and Westgate. –The unit is tenant-occupied so will need to work with the tenants' schedule.
