Description
A 3yr. old child is run over by the wheels of a farm wagon after falling from that wagon & is killed. When will these Lancaster County D.A'S grow a pair & start charging these people with reckless homicide. A 3yr. old isn't allowed in a car unless a child seat is secured in the vehicle & then the child is secured in that seat. As a result of this reckless behavior this child didn't stand a chance & someone needs to be held accountable.
