A manufacturing company in Canby is looking for long-term candidates to join its team ASAP! Position Summary: Performs assembly of simple and complex devices using small parts, fasteners, adhesives, and hand or power tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and drills. Job Duties: Performs mechanical assembly with attention to detail, instructions, and drawings. Tasks may involve mechanical complexity and the handling of many small parts. Completes required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Cares for and maintains the company's tools and equipment. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Standing for 8 hours/day. Exposure to chemicals. Extensive close work requires good visual acuity. Overtime required. High school diploma or GED required. Requires lifting of up to 35 pounds. Job Details: M-F, overtime is required on some Saturdays. Pay weekly on Friday. Full benefits upon hire.
