Ship Captain needed for Transport

Hello - We are in need of a licensed ship captain to transport (sail) a vessel from Seattle to Panama, via San Diego and Mexico. This is expected to take up to 30 days, and go from the end of September, to the end of October. Must be licensed for vessels up to 190 tons. Please respond with: 1.
