Company: WAVSYS LLC Positions Available: Crew Foreman, Top Hand, and Tower Hands Markets: NC/SC Pay Package Ranges: $26.00 - $30.00/hr, based on experience + expenses (hotel/travel while away from market) OT eligible for hours worked over 40 + health benefit options Additional Info: Candidates must possess a good driving history and valid driver’s license, pass a drug test (Zero Tolerance Policy) and background screening. Candidates must have a verifiable work history Job description Verifiable Verizon & Ericsson equipment preferred Be able to communicate in a timely fashion both orally and in writing on all project related matters Must have 5+ years of experience climbing and working on cellular structures Willingness to take a hands on approach in leading their team through demonstration PIM, sweep & OTDR certification Must have experience with cellular structures/RRU/waveguide/coax/hybrid Fiber/antenna/microwave dish installation Must be able to read and understand plumbing diagrams Must possess current certification for Comtrain or equivalent in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue OSHA 30 certification First Aid/CPR certification RF Awareness certification Rigging & capstan winch certified Must be highly organized and be able to effectively report verbally and via written reports to the Construction Manager Must have experience with completing close out packages within the required timelines Must maintain level of excellence in their crew’s quality of work May be required to work long and unpredictable hours Physically fit, and able to climb Be comfortable working outdoors and in all types of weather conditions Must be local, or willing to relocate to NC/SC
