Job Opportunity – Service Technician with Fiber-Seal of Southwest Ohio and Kentucky, in Cincinnati, OH Are you looking for a rewarding career? As a Service Technician with Fiber-Seal, you will coordinate with office and sales consultants to provide outstanding customer service and to perform cleaning and protection services on fabric, area rugs, cushions, and floor coverings. Other responsibilities include: Transport and deliver client furnishings, rugs and cushions for cleaning and protection Keep accurate records of inventory, including but not limited to: equipment, supplies, rugs, furniture, and cushions Photograph and document items delivered to the Fiber-Seal warehouse Maintain assigned van, equipment, and warehouse space Remain current in technical training and develop expertise in fabric care Respond to internal and external communications in a timely manner, including phone calls, and text messages Receive and document payment from customers immediately following completion of job via check, cash, or credit card. Work Hours & Benefits: Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Employees receive training & certification, uniform, and cell phone reimbursement After 90 days of employment, employees receive: Medical Benefits Vacation Benefits Sick & Personal Days Paid Holidays 401(k) Plan To be successful in this position, you will be a well-organized team player, professional, and energetic.
