We are a Hospitality and Event Staffing company located in Long Island, New York. We are seeking experienced Banquet Servers. As a Banquet Server, you are responsible for serving food and beverages to our clients' guests at high-end venues and establishments. You are required to provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event process to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction. The general duties include greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, and customer service. • Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area. • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices. • Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations. • Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. • Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate person. • Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns. • Present in professional appearance and mannerisms. (Our dress code is very formal) Our uniforms include black or white button-down dress shirt, white polo shirt, plain black dress pants, tux pants, black dress shoes, and black socks. • A proper uniform and a professional appearance are required.
