Replenishment Lead -Leads are responsible for leading small teams of fulfillment center associates (up to 10) in all aspects of in all aspects of stock replenishment and inventory control within a major e-commerce fulfillment distribution center. This position will be hands on and will directly supervise hourly associates. Must have knowledge and understanding of fulfillment operations; reserve replenishment, forward pick face replenishment (prime), hot replenishments, min\max replenishments, on-time shipping, picking, packing and management within a typical ecommerce warehouse environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Replenishment Lead: • Ensuring accurate systemic and physical processing of work • Documentation of exceptions. • Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity • Direct the work of hourly associates • Manage a consistent work flow • Maintaining service levels • Achieving production levels (through put & metrics) • Ensure associate training and retention • Maintain productivity, quality and safety standards • Maintain expected levels of housekeeping • Establishing high level of service to internal and external customers • Ensure associates comply with Corporate, distribution center and departmental policies and procedures • Other duties as assigned Picking Lead -Direct the work of picking staff; assist with picking orders as needed—working alongside the picking team members. Coordinate efforts with other Leads, other departments. Conduct a Quality check with a high level of accuracy for direct orders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Picking Lead: • List the job’s essential or most important functions and responsibilities and Key Accountabilities. • Train new hires and provide re-fresher training in picking practices according to approved company practices and procedures. • Model extremely good attendance, reliability, and communicate with mutual respect • Promote and model safe work practices and promote a safe work environment to picking team. • Maintain clear & timely communication with management for 2nd shift operations. • Run daily/weekly pick reports and complete all paperwork. • Review pending pick orders, coordinate work effort, and other general warehouse duties. • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • 2+ years of group lead experience in a progressive logistics and fulfillment environment • Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems • Proven experience training and supervising people • Willingness to take ownership and work for results • Pick/Pack fulfillment experience in a production driven environment • Voice\RF directed operation • License Plates (LPN’s) • Logistics/distribution, quality control, inventory management experience desired • Bilingual For more information or to apply call or text Erika Toribio at 978-863-8097.
