Local Established Construction Company has opening for a Warehouse Person & Driver Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Transport materials and equipment to and from jobsites. Track client assets for deliveries and returns. Work closely with owners, management, and staff. Organization of warehouse. Education and Experience: Experience as a delivery driver, ability to safely tow a trailer. Forklift and rigging experience a plus. CDL Preferred but not required. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Other Abilities: Knowledge of safe operation of hand and power tools, Knowledge of workplace safety, the ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Other Requirements: • Must Have Valid Driver License and Insurance • Must be able to pass a security/background check and drug screening. • Work effectively under time pressure. • Ability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
