Job Description: We are a local construction company looking for a motivated and experienced concrete foreman to run our concrete division. Duties of the foreman include material ordering, planning, scheduling, forming, pouring, training, communication with GM and Owner. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of concrete experience and at least 2+ years as a foreman. If you have previous experience as a concrete foreman, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful foreman will help build and run our concrete division. With strong work ethic, communication skills and experience, there is plenty of opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: • Scheduling and planning out jobs • Ordering Materials • Forming and pouring concrete • Training new employees • Strong communication with GM and Owner Requirements: • 5+ years of concrete experience • 2+ years as a concrete foreman or leader • Strong communication skills • Strong work ethic • Familiarity with email and scheduling tools • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a PLUS Benefits: • Starting at $50-60k a year DOE and room for growth • Work truck and Gas card • 401K • Paid Vacation
