Outdoor Market held every 2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month. Hello Future Vendor!!! Thanks for showing interest in the Settegast Pop-up Market 2021 is just around the corner and We are now Accepting Vendor Application. ALL of our Markets will be held OUTSIDE at Lee's Burger Joint 6400 N. Wayside Houston, Tx 77028 every 2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month unless stated otherwise. We offer a Freestyle set up, Vendor spot, Personalized flyer with your business logo, Raffles/Prizes, Music, and Promotions. Vendor Information: Set Up: begins at 12noon Shopping Hours: 1pm til 6pm You can start breaking down 30 mins til if you like. Your Responsibilites: To bring your own tent, table, chairs, setup, and product and or services that you provide. No Tent, No Problem.....We offer (3) covered spots as well just bring your own table, chairs,setup, and product and or services that you provide. Event is Rain or Shine: Weather in Texas can be unpredictable, it is the responsibility of the vendor to check in with event mangement if they are unsure of how the event may be impacted. **The decision to cancel the event is at the sole discretion of the event mangement*** REFUNDS will not be issued due to event cancellation. All reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule event to later date. Vendor Fee: Non-Covered (Must provide own tent) $40 Covered ( Carport Coverage) $50 Food Vendors $75 *Dessert Vendors/Drink Vendors go under (Non-Covered or Covered) Vendor Fee's are non-negotiable/non-refundable once you have paid. If an unexpeccted last minute emergency happens PLEASE reach out to event managment ASAP 713-487-9178 ***Remember submitting this Contract only tells us you are interested in our events. An invoice has to be sent to email provided and must be paid if you want a guaranteed vendor spot. Please allow 1-2 business days to review application. If you are selected an invoice will be sent to email provided. You will have (3) business days to secure your spot. If more time is needed send email to [email protected] to request extention.
