Immediate opening for a Landscape / Pruning Foreman THERE IS A $1000.00 SIGNING BONUS ask about details. Job description Landscape foreman will be responsible for various landscape task. Including but not limited to landscaping, irrigation, hardscapes, planting, pruning, clean ups, weed control and others. You will be required to perform these task in the manor and guidelines of the company and within the time frames set. Requirements for the Position. - Must have extensive and basic knowledge and skills in landscaping, irrigation and pruning. - Be a self starter and team player as well as be able to teach other employees skills. - Follow the outlines and directions of company management. - Must be at least 18 years of age - Must have or be able to acquire a valid Drivers License · Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions · Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more · Must be able to walk and be on your feet for long periods of time - Must be dependable, punctual and ready to work. - Must be able to follow instruction and eager to learn - Provide communicate with clients - Provide excellent customer service · Must safely operate company equipment and vehicles. - Must accurately fill out Work Orders and job duration times. - Be able for winter work if so desired ( snow plowing and de-icing) Benefits: Retirement plan Dental insurance - Hourly Rate - Paid sick leave after 90 days (accrued immediately) - Vacation time available after 1 year of employment - Paid Training - Holiday Pay (if worked) - Advancement opportunities Candidates that are interested and qualified are encouraged to apply at Premier Landscape Services – located at 1711 N Park Rd, Spokane Valley, WA – between 9am and 1:30pm or call for an appointment 509-928-2652 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
