Immediate opening at Premier Landscape Services for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Supervisor. This job entails but not limited to Lawn maintenance, planting, some pruning, site inspections and weed control. THERE IS A $1000.00 SIGNING BONUS ask about details. Premier Landscape Services is looking for reliable and hard-working lawn mowing Crew Leads. We believe in quality customer service, as well as treating our clients and co-workers with respect and kindness. Requirements for the Position - Must be at least 18 years of age - Minimum of two years of commercial mowing experience prefer as a crew lead - Knowledge of commercial mowing and mowers - be able to follow specific instructions and pass those instructions on to employees - ne a team player and self starter. - Must have a valid Drivers License - Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions - Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more - Must be able to walk and be on your feet for long periods of time - Must be dependable and punctual - Be able to work 7am to 4:30 pm Monday Thru Friday and possible overtime - Provide excellent customer service - Must safely operate company equipment and vehicles - Must accurately fill out Work Orders and job duration times - Be able to communicate with clients and employees. - Be able for snow work ( snow plowing and de-icing) if desired Benefits · Hourly Rate: Lawn Maintenance Crew Supervisor start AT $20.00 TO 24.00 PER HOUR · Paid sick leave after 90 days (accrued immediately) · Vacation time available after 1 year of employment · Paid Training · Holiday Pay (if worked) · Dental and Vision available after 90 days · Advancement opportunities Candidates that are interested and qualified are encouraged to apply at Premier Landscape Services – located at 1711 N Park Rd, Spokane Valley, WA – between 9am and 1:30pm or call to set up an appointment 509-928-2652
