We are a seasonal baking business specializing in making gingerbread cookies for the holidays. We are seeking part-time and full-time bakery staff to help us make and package cookies over a 10-week period from early October to mid-December.
Food manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not needed, but you should be a fast worker with great attention to detail, good with your hands, and able to stand for extended periods of time. Pay is $20-$25+/hour, depending on experience/fit.
- Full-time production staff work 8-10 hour shifts, 4 days per week
- Part-time production staff work 3-5 hour shifts, 2-4 days per week.
- We are also seeking a full-time operations manager to oversee various day-to-day activities of the business. Seeking someone highly organized with strong problem-solving and interpersonal management skills. Pay depending on experience/fit.
