We are seeking a skilled, reliable general laborer to join our growing company that will be responsible for providing services to our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for building maintenance, operating cleaning equipment, and following all site health and safety regulations. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. The candidate needs to be flexible with their schedule and willing to take on non-routine and special projects as the need arises, the job requires a lot of physical activity as well. The candidate must also possess the following characteristics: Available Shifts: 3:00pm - 11:30pm 11:00pm - 7:30am Duties and Responsibilities - Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner - General cleaning of factory, Hepa Vacuuming - Maintenance floors using scrubbers - Demolition of certain areas - Painting - Clean and clear debris - Perform janitorial duties - Any other duties that are requested Requirements and Qualifications - Must be 18 years of age - Drug testing, background check and physical required - Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 20 pounds - Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels - Positive attitude and work ethic - Able to work independently or as an active member of a team - Responsible - Reliable - Professional - Effective Communicator - Ability to follow procedure - Good decision-making skills Offered Benefits -Medical Insurance -Dental Insurance -Vision -401K -Life Insurance
