Busy Building and Grounds Superintendent needs one more person for a small team to keep things clean and maintained, indoors and out, in a friendly Sun City location. Also set up for programs (including chairs and tables) and clean up when finished. Yes, you have a job to do, quick response and effectiveness (including working independently) is important. But nice church folks appreciate your help and patience, and call you by name.
10 to 20 hours per week. Weekly schedule can vary--will include some days Monday-Friday four to eight hours, some Sundays (til 1pm), occasional holidays. Daytime only except for occasional early evenings. Must be able to walk our medium-sized campus including a few stairs, and lift 25 pounds--stronger than that would be great, too! Ability to drive the church's golf cart on our premises. Veterans welcome.
