Beautiful 6.5 yr old pitbull in need of urgent rehoming

I separated from my ex-husband a few months ago and left my dog with him. Now I'm needing to rehome him as soon as possible. He is an incredible dog. Loving, sweet, and good with kids. He's been with my daughter since she was born. He knows how to sit and stay and understands boundaries, won't Stray. He loves playing with other dogs but he's never lived with one. I think he'd love to be in a home with other dogs, though, but I can't promise that since I've never tried it. He's not had his shots this year and he's not had his flea treatment recently. He's not been well cared for since I moved out. Naturally, there won't be a rehoming fee because of this. I can't afford to get these things for him because of the circumstances I'm in. I'm just trying to do whatever I can to avoid surrendering him to a shelter.
