This job is assisting the owner of a firm that primarily is in the business of fixing / correcting items that have failed a home inspection. Seeking someone who has reliable transportation to and from work, and is willing to go to various locations in Tallahassee and surrounding areas (within a half hour). Having your own basic tools is preferable, all specialty tools will be provided to get the job done. The hours / days are somewhat flexible overall, depending on the actual work schedule and and how long each job takes to complete, but the month of September is looking busy for us! Beyond that, we would have to evaluate the work-load as far as if an extra hand would be needed, but hopefully that would be the case as our business continues to grow and you find you are enjoying your work days with us. You should be able to read a tape measure, have basic wiring, framing and plumbing skills. Common sense and the ability to follow through with minimal instruction is required.
