Element Farms is looking for hardworking team players who like working with their hands, getting dirty, and pushing the boundaries of tech and farming. A positive attitude is a must. As a Harvest Team Associate in our high-tech greenhouse, you’ll use machinery and technology to harvest in-demand crops like baby spinach, arugula, pea shoots, and more. You’ll also be on the front lines of our growing system, readying our equipment for safe and healthy growing. You can work just four (4!) days each week or five if you want it. Harvest hours are 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM and we’re in the greenhouse Monday through Saturday. (Your working days will be determined based on your availability and our needs.) Long-term candidates preferred. Role starts ASAP. You’re a great fit for this role if you: -Are hard-working -Can lift heavy loads -Like working with machinery -Can stand for long periods of time -Enjoy working with your hands -Take direction well -Work well with a team -Are interested in greenhouse work -Are up for stepping into different roles throughout the day Some tasks include: -Harvesting greens -Monitoring quality -Power-washing equipment -Loading troughs and conveyors -Moving heavy loads/compost bins -Sanitizing equipment with sanitizers and detergents -General cleaning of the harvest area and prep for the next day Harvest team members may get wet throughout the day.
