We are seeking a part time maintenance employee to perform apartment building work orders during evening and or weekend hours (10 to 20 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment building cleaning and maintenance. Job requirements include: -effectively communicating with peers, superiors, and customers -following directions and completing assigned tasks -basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge -knowledge of appliance operation and ability to troubleshoot/complete basic repair -cleaning and disinfecting trash chute doors/rooms and being able to operate compactor equipment -ability to proficiently complete all assigned housekeeping responsibilities -perform reasonable tasks required by the property maintenance supervisor or management
