Want skilled carpenter for old barn buildout

Carpenter WANTED for OLD BARN build out. Carpenter or carpenter & helper with tools, knowledge of older home remodeling and framing. The design is mostly set, however, the details of the build will be a collaboration between our designer/architect/hands-on builder and you. The space is approx 16' x 16'. Already gutted with exterior shell remaining. Main floor deck is built. Framing and remaining build-out, as well as a second floor loft to be built. Spec from our designer/architect: (16' x 16' firr out walls - 2x6, sister extg. rafters - 2x12, add loft - 6x8 36" O.C. W/T&G deck.) This is a job for reasonably creative builder. Truck and the ability to pick up materials is a plus but not necessary. Prefer a 2 person team, but will consider an individual capable of doing this job.
