Crimson Landscape is a landscape design and construction company that focuses on custom landscape and outdoor living construction projects. We are NOT a boring mow company. We are in search of a crew leader for our landscape installation team. As a crew leader you will supervise a 4-6 man team for landscape, drainage, irrigation, demo and other general landscape activities. Responsibilities: -Read and install projects according to the plans -Ensure projects are kept on schedule -Operate and maintain all necessary equipment -Maintain our quality and safety standards -Train new team members as needed -Communicate effectively with management and customer alike -Inventory control Qualifications -three years of landscape construction or irrigation installation experience required. (Mow services do not qualify) -Must have valid TX Drivers License and be insurable -Must have transportation to and from work. -Must be able to lift 60 lbs. -Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. -Live within 30-minutes of our office -knowledge of how to operate trencher, skid steer and mini-excavator -Language English or Español/bilingual preferred.
