Western Roofing is looking to immediately add Skilled Roofing Installers to our TEAM. Established 50 Year Roofing Business in the Treasure Valley! Position Summary: To work as part of a team to complete roofing work - assist with installation and maintenance of residential or commercial roofing while maintaining high quality and timely job performance. Wage: $18-35 depending on experience Benefits: -Career advancement opportunities as lead, foreman, sales and management for the right candidates -Insurance options after 90 days F/T employment -In house Continuing Education -Bonuses, paid vacation and paid sick days after 1 year of F/T employment -401k Plan -Dental and Vision plans Installer Qualifications: -You don't need to have actual experience in the field, but you need to be willing to work hard and learn! -Experience with shingles, dry sheet, edge metal, vents, is a benefit. -Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to supply own transportation to job sites -Must be able to lift more than 40 lbs., climb ladders, etc. -Must be ready to work in outdoor weather conditions such as heat, rain, cold, and snow -Must pass an entry drug test as well as randoms as deemed by Insurance Provider All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. *Must be able to self start, be open to solo installation as well as crew involvement Willing to pay competitively for quality candidates.
