Hey guys, I work for a large construction company. We fix both residential homes, apartments and condos. We have very large accounts that keep us busy. We walk onto properties that need paint jobs, landscaping jobs, drywall, flooring, carpets, cabinets and more. We receive punch lists with multiple things that need to be done. I am looking to find the right subcontractors. If you are able to do good work we will be able to keep you busy. When you work for us you will get paid every Friday for work that has been completed. I need the following: Im ready for a painter for this upcoming Monday. -Painters -Flooring -Carpets -Overall Handyman ( no sloppy work) If you do good work and are a pleasure to work with I will have more work to give you. -Backsplash / tile -Roofing -Landscaping abilities -Plumbing -Electrical -HVAC -Concrete Here is the requirements for you: -Communicate well. No language barrier. -Be good at your craft. (if you do good work moving forward I will give you more jobs. If you do a bad job its more work for me. I want to trust I can give you a job without having to constantly watch) -Licensed and insured
