Looking for help from an animal rescue group or shelter

We are needing to rehome our 4 year old pit-bull and have been having a hard time finding a shelter or rescue group to take him because everyone is full! His name is Shadow and he's current on all shots/preventatives and is neutered. He is sweet, playful, smart, and great with kids. He's been around newborns - 6 year olds and is very tolerant/sweet with them. He does have some dog reactivity especially when he's on a leash. He does do well with other dogs that are non-reactive and has lived peacefully with our other dog for 2 years. We've done some obedience training with him and he learns fast.
