While residential insulation and ventilation is our primary business, we are very diverse, making every day new and challenging. It is at times hard work, but the days and hours are flexible and the pay is REALLY good! Although home construction experience is helpful, you to not need experience, you only need to be handy, familiar with tools and a desire to do each job right. You also need to possess a clean driving record. We will supply any and all training needed.
The manager of this crew should average 70-80K per year with flexible benefits. Pay starts at $25 hr, plus HUGE weekly bonuses for work done right and on time. With bonuses, you should average $30-35 per hour with experience. The more talent and ability you have, the more we will pay.
