We are hiring for multiple maintenance positions for our multi-family apartment complexes in Louisville. Essential duties include but are not limited to: • Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting • Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors • Make-ready units for new move‐ins • Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain and repair as needed • Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance on a rotating schedule • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program Other Job Requirements • Valid driver’s license and insurance with dependable transportation • Basic hand tools • Drug-free and felony free • Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees. • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships • Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion Qualifications • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment • Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to manage physical workload • EPA, HVAC, and plumbing certifications are a plus Benefits • Group insurance (medical, dental, vision, life and short- long-term disability) • Paid holidays and paid time off • 401(k) plan with company match Pay based on experience.
