Hello Hampton Roads. The HeartStrings Institute for Music is now enrolling for Orchestra, Choir, Guitar, Ukulele, and Percussion for the duration of the Fall Semester. Classes are LIVE and in-person on Wednesday mornings at Slover Library in downtown Norfolk.
