When coming to the event you need the followings:
Follow the CDC guidelines for COVID-19, and practice social distancing. Stay 6 feet apart from others, and Wear a mask.
•Now for the event, it will take a place in Central Park, New York.
•The event activities are the following,
1- 5 minutes full body stretch.
2- 25 minutes warm up and cardio.
3- 5 minutes break.
4- 15 minutes 777 self defense .
5- 15 minutes kickboxing.
6- 5 minutes break.
7- 20 minutes Taekwondo 101.
8- 5 minutes full body stretch.
