I’m looking for 2 individuals a driver and a helper Driver must have drivers license You must have your own tools for the job Someone who can show up without an excuse and someone who is committed to making money On call meaning I call you an hour before the job or two and you will show up I can pay Daily for a week then it’s checks every week if you make it past a week I’m looking for someone long term and clean no hard drugs Cbd/ it’s ok but not on the job Or In front of the customers house Someone responsible who won’t loose equipment is a must A level headed person who is not worried about making friends but making money If you are 29 years of age or older you must be comfortable with someone younger that you being your boss and telling you what to do if you can’t handle that then don’t call me You must be respectful to your employer and all my customers if you can’t handle criticism and have no room to grow then let’s not waste each other’s time and look somewhere else Communication skills is a must and most importantly following directions if you can’t follow simple directions then don’t call me I’m not looking for a prideful person I’m looking for a loyal crew Driver needs two to 3 years of experience helper can learn or one year of experience is a plus This is a full time job Pay for drivers is 18$ hourly Pay for helper is 16$ hourly Drivers get drive time Don’t ask me for gas money if you can’t afford to show up then don’t call my phone I’m not your personal bank account If you can work for longer than 3 hours go somewhere else You must be able to complete up to 3 jobs a day at a timely fashion And most importantly if you break it you buy it no exceptions Blankets must be folded when the truck is returned and you must treat our truck like it’s your own it’s what you eat with
