Are you a Smart Detail Oriented Person, able to learn new skills and manage your time? We are a small but growing apartment business that needs handyman/maintenance tech capable of completing: Minor plumbing (install faucets, shut offs, supply lines, unclog sinks...) Minor electrical (install outlets, switches, ceiling lightings...) Minor drywall (cut and patch) Paint General Maintenance (change batteries in smoke detectors, repair door locks...)
