Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter needed in Chino, Ca. These are full-time positions Monday thru Friday each week. Looking for a team player that is ready to jump it and get started. Responsibilities • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards • Cleaning of community areas, pool, washroom, office common grounds. Upkeep of community grounds Clean up, mowing lawns and keeping grounds Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds equipment Perform maintenance of grounds as part of daily routine which includes, trash removal and grounds maintenance Maintain the buildings and grounds Perform grounds and parking lot maintenance, landscaping Collect trash, and other grounds maintenance clean-up duties Maintain grounds and remove litter DG 951-282-8489
