Maintenance Supervisor @ Kobey's Swap Meet Kobey's Swap Meet is looking for a Maintenance Person to join our staff, our business has been a FAMILY RUN OPERATION for 40 years! Position Title: Maintenance Supervisor @ Kobey's Swap Meet Schedule : Thursday - 8:00am-4:00pm Friday - Saturday - Sunday - 7:00am-3:00pm 32 Hours Per Week on Average SCHEDULE SUBJECT TO CHANGE Position to receive between - 30-32 hours per week Employee will have opportunity to work Overtime on Special Occasions PLEASE EMAIL INTEREST LETTER & RESUME! Principle Duties: Must perform facility maintenance functions including, but not limited to: Automotive maintenance Golf cart maintenance Electrical Asphalt work Welding Plumbing Carpentry Constructing Event based projects General Handyman Skills Be able to perform tests, troubleshoots, repairs and performs preventative maintenance on a wide variety of commercial equipment including: Bailers Compactors Automotive Vehicles Golf Carts Portable Office Trailers Responsible for adhering to all established safety procedures and environmental regulations. Ensures excellent customer service by responding to customer requirements, expectations, and needs. Performs other miscellaneous duties as required and assisting other locations, departments as needed. Required Skills, Knowledge, Education, and Training : Must be able to positively interact with guests and co-workers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds and/or language, and individuals with special needs. Must have strong written/verbal communication skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to use a wide variety of hand tools and power tools needed to perform the essential job functions. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evenings. Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have valid California driver's license; visiting students and military must have valid driver's license from state of residency and able to provide a copy of the DMV report.
