Musician run music rehearsal studio available Hourly or booked one day a week on a per month basis. Space is mainly used as a rehearsal location for personal and friend's music projects as well as clients that rent out the space hourly. The space is fairly large for a rehearsal room and is equipped for up to 6 members or so comfortably. Of course there is a PA and Sub for your thumpin kick drum and plenty of backline minus keyboards. The rate is 25 dollars an hour with a two hour minimum. Basic backline is provided but hi end gear is available from the Recording studio next door for an extra fee.
