Clean the facility, including hallways and entrances - Clean apartments prior to the move-in date. - Maintaining each storage and distribution area ensuring they are clean and organized. - Maintain property cleanliness. - Ensures daily cleaning of assigned areas and follows all processes from daily cleaning. Cleans surfaces, furnishings, walls, doors and windows. - Restocks supplies as needed. -Mop, Vacuum common areas and hallways -clean common area bathrooms - Dry/wet mops floor or vacuums; uses floor signs properly. -need to have sense of responsibility and care for the property -prior experience in the industry required Job Type: Full-time
