We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and qualified maintenance technician. Your hours are negotiable (at time of interview we can discuss). We have multiple properties located mainly in New Port Richey and Largo. Your day to day will change based on needs. It might be a day turning over an apartment preparing it for a new move in, or completing preventative maintenance, or completing work orders in occupied units. Must haves: reliable transportation, and have your own tools. Please have your resume ready. Skills needed: Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, drywall, bathroom and kitchen renovations, door installation. ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, kneel, push, pull needed.
