Within the next 40 years, demographic research predicts that no single ethnic or racial group will make up a majority of the U.S. population and estimates that one in five U.S. residents will be foreign-born. We see these changes already in our increasingly diverse workplaces and neighborhoods. Stellar Story Company's Intercultural Training Program for Professionals provides participants with the knowledge and skills to craft authentic stories that reflect your employees and the communities in which you work. The lessons are relevant for various communications-related activities, from keynote presentations to social media posts. Highlights include: HIGHLIGHTS 6 hours of engaging curriculum combined with new knowledge and perspectives on migration, language, and related cultural topics. Our specialists bring decades of experience in corporate and nonprofit sectors bridging relationships among people of diverse identities. One of the Maine series instructors is Stellar’s Executive Director Cheryl Hamilton. Cheryl was born in Maine and worked several years in Lewiston/Auburn and Portland, managing refugee and immigrant programs. ABOUT STELLAR Stellar is an impact-oriented company that helps people and institutions deliver extraordinary stories and unforgettable events that lead to meaningful change. We combine our strategic communications, artistic storytelling, and DEI expertise to lead dynamic training and coaching programs.
