When Belonging "Works" - The Impact of Belonging At Work

For many Bendites, going to work each day is not a simple exercise. This event will begin with a video of impacted community members talking about moments of belonging at work and moments when they felt unsafe and/or alienated because of their identity. We will follow with a panel discussion of businesses who are starting the process of integrating belonging into their day-to-day work. The event will conclude with the introduction of a Safety and Inclusion Project for Bend businesses and next steps for the community. Join us for snacks, door prizes and a raffle for three awesome gift baskets as well (with items from Visit Bend, Oregrown, Ipockolyptic Productions, Darkhorse Warriors, Sakari Farms, Amazing Hair Design, Witchcraft with Josie, and more). This will be a hybrid event. If you are interested in attending virtually, please indicate in the questionnaire and we will send you the Zoom link.
