Checkers is the perfect mix of ready to play and happy to snuggle! She has just found her voice and she’s trying it out on her siblings! Her new favorite experiment is to climb into my lap and growl and anyone else who dares to do the same! 😂 This is a fun stage! They are learning so much, figuring out what they can get away with and how the outcome turned out for them! As you can imagine, with 10 puppies, she doesn’t get the lap to herself very often! 🤪 Official temperament testing will be done on September 1st, and a lot can change in a week, but these are our observations today! ♥️ Checkers is 6lbs 5 ounces at 6 weeks old! She is right in the middle of the litter for weight and will probably be around 55-60lbs. She has more of a straight coat but is already showing her furnishings, so shedding should be minimal!
