shepherd that is special needs he was the runt from the litter from what I was told I can’t keep him I did not know he had special needs until after I took him home and I do not know how to care for a pup that has problems If no one comes for him I will take him to the shelter but thought I try here first to see if a family or rescue might be able to help him. He’s about 3 months old
