The inaugural Blue Ridge ESG Seminar will explore how companies are realizing that a values-driven strategy provides strong returns, builds resiliency, and increases employee retention. The half-day conference will help develop socially responsible leaders, benefiting all students seeking to position themselves for careers in this emerging area.
