Reiki is a Japanese energy technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. ART includes a brief review of Reiki II, the 4th Reiki symbol and its uses, the uses and significance of the Antahkarana, psychic surgery, Sensei Usui's techniques and the student's attunement. About the instructor: Kasimira Vogel obtained her Reiki training in 2008 and began school for massage Therapy the same year. She gained her massage license in June of 2010 and joined the The Studio Cleveland staff early 2011. Late in 2011 she then embarked into the Thai Yoga Massage training completing the basic training and culminating in an array of intermediate courses. In June of 2013 she received her 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher training. Since 2012 she has trained and inspired hundreds of students, both in Reiki and in yoga here at The Studio Cleveland and we are blessed to have her. The cost is $244.00. The "Reiki Master Manual" will be provided. Reiki II is a requirement for taking ART. ART Certificate along with a copy of lineage will be provided upon completion.
